Cardio Sculpt: A fun and efficient way to get both your muscle conditioning and your cardio workout in at once! The Step bench and weights are used to tone the entire body.
Pump It Up: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Add in great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight to get the results you came for...and fast!
Spin: This high-energy workout on studio cycles takes individuals of all fitness levels on an exciting journey of hill climbs, sprints, and intervals. Focus is on improving form, speed, strength and endurance.
Conditioning: This class takes you through a combination of movements to create strength, build cardio endurance and increase flexibility. Exercisers use light weights, bands, stability balls and their body weight.
Boxing Blast: This circuit training class incorporates boxing moves for a total body workout. It's great for stress release too!
Hi/Low and Sculpt: An energetic cardio class that combines dance and fitness moves all put to great music!
Athletic Conditioning: Want that ripped, lean and sleek look? Get it with the Circuit Challenge! Burn calories, build lean muscle mass and improve both strength and endurance using traditional weights & cardio training.
Stretch & Tone: Flexibility is an important part of life and fitness! This class uses a variety of stretching exercises to improve flexibility and help you lengthen and relax your muscles.
